Job summary

Butcher Power Products in Rancho Cordova, CA designs and manufactures mission-critical power solutions for essential infrastructure. We seek a Sr. FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will build and own the operating budget and rolling forecast, translating manufacturing and project activity into cost and margin insights for leadership. You will partner with the CFO and Data & Analytics to drive the financial story, using Dynamics 365 F&O and enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles with planning and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to build integrated three-statement financial models and rolling forecasts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget process end to end, building the calendar and templates and presenting to executive leadership.
• Maintain a rolling forecast for revenue, COGS, Opex, and headcount with cadence for orders, backlog, and production.
• Forecast cash flow and working capital, model inventory and payables/receivables timing.
