Job summary

Catchmaster is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to act as the primary analytical partner to the Business Controller, turning financial and operational data into insight for senior management and cross-functional teams. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning, ensure consistency across demand, revenue, and margin, and develop COGS and SG&A projections to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related; MBA a plus.
• 4 to 10 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills; ability to transform data into information
• Experience with planning and performance processes (budget, forecast, reviews)
• Experience in manufacturing/CPG/distribution; standard costing; retail/e‑commerce channel economics
• Detail-oriented; translate complex analysis into clear insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Autonomy and collaboration across locations/time zones
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; ERP migration a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL a plus; AI tools comfort

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, monthly forecast, standard cost, cash forecast, and multi-year planning cycles
• Bridge demand plan and financial plan across Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Develop SG&A expense projections and allocations
• Build COGS and standard-cost projection methodologies
• Consolidate margins across product, customer, channel, and plant
• Lead monthly financial reporting package and executive materials
• Conduct variance analysis versus budget/forecast
• Forecast and analyze inventory and working capital
• Maintain management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and planning
• Develop capital budgeting models and ROI analyses
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling to support decisions
