Job summary

Butcher Power Products in California (Rancho Cordova) seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build and maintain the operating budget and rolling forecast, convert manufacturing and project activity into cost and margin insights, and provide leadership with forward-looking views alongside the CFO.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• ERP/ERP reporting experience, especially Dynamics 365.
• Ability to build and interpret multi-year forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget process end to end and rolling forecast.
• Analyze cost, margin, and margin drivers across products and projects.
• Provide management with monthly reporting package and variance explanations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Projects.
