Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in Plano, TX. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Accounting to drive performance insights and strategic decisions.

You will prepare executive-level analyses, manage close processes, and develop robust financial models to support growth and cost optimization across manufacturing and services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management experience.
• Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing metrics, and cross-functional partnership is preferred.
• CPA designation is a plus and multi-site manufacturing exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive financial presentations for senior leadership and board.
• Develop models for revenue, gross margin, Opex, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario analysis and business case development.
• Partner with functional leaders to set targets and monitor performance.
