Job summary

Winchester Interconnect in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide FP&A support to the division's leaders. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for the Engineering Cables division, contributing to growth in a high-growth, project-based interconnect business with global sites.

The role emphasizes data gathering, analysis, and reporting using Planful, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CMA/CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing/ public company FP&A role is desirable.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and monthly forecasting for P&L, CapEx, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Provide pricing analysis for bids and program profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers.
• Drive automation of financial reporting using Planful, Power BI, SQL.
