Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial leadership for the Structural Heart US Commercial Finance team. The role partners with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, robust rebates analysis, and sound contracting strategies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will build models, drive quarterly close processes, and influence cross-functional decisions to grow market share while ensuring compliance with US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance or accounting experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to Area Directors and District Managers to support quarterly revenue results.
• Develop strong business partner relationships with Sales Leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Build financial models to support development of strategic contracts and grow market share.
• Proactively review customer quarterly rebate tier achievement and adjust accruals as needed.
• Partner with Rebates, Contracting, Pricing, Marketing to ensure insights drive decisions.
• Review contract performance to guide future strategies and drive improvements.
