You will partner with business leaders, develop OneStream-based processes, deliver KPI dashboards, and provide actionable insights while supporting long-range planning in a fast-paced engineering and construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with OneStream or Hyperion a plus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decisions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI packages.
• Collaborate with department leaders on performance analysis.
• Support long-range planning and capital investment analyses.
