The ideal candidate will translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and influence company strategy while supporting growth initiatives and robust FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decisions and growth.
• Analyze monthly results and explain variances to budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Partner with leaders to develop assumptions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support profitability analysis, pricing decisions, investment evaluations, and resource allocation.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operations and strategy.
