Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar planning systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Construction, utilities, or engineering services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting processes and departmental budget development.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including scenario planning and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial and operational analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate business performance and provide financial guidance.
• Support long-range planning initiatives and organizational growth strategies.
• Utilize OneStream for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Monitor operating expenses and capital spending while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and reporting to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
• Assist with financial modeling related to investments, capital projects, and business initiatives.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure financial reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
