Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. in Lexington, KY seeks a senior Power BI Developer III to drive enterprise reporting and analytics using Power BI and Fabric. You will own architecture, governance, and development standards while mentoring junior developers and partnering with stakeholders.

Lead data modeling, security strategies, and reporting modernization initiatives, delivering scalable analytics solutions across the organization with high autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Power BI or BI development with enterprise-scale experience.
• Strong data modeling skills (star schema) and semantic layer design.
• Proficiency with DAX and Power Query (M) and Fabric knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own data modeling and semantic layer architecture across Power BI apps and reports.
• Lead transition to Microsoft Fabric including architecture planning and design decisions.
• Develop governance controls and best practices for Power BI and Fabric solutions.
• Evaluate and modernize reports to improve scalability and business outcomes.
• Establish enterprise standards for report design, performance, and data consistency.
• Develop advanced DAX and Power Query solutions for complex analytics.
• Manage security, workspace governance, and access controls in the Power BI environment.
• Monitor performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to align reporting with enterprise data architecture.
