Job summary

LBX Company in Lexington, KY seeks an FP&A Manager to lead the analysis of financial information and consolidated forecasts, ensuring accuracy for executive decision making.

You will manage the FP&A team, drive annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and provide pricing and profitability insights to support cross-functional initiatives and strategic initiatives. This role collaborates with Corporate Controller and CFO and may lead special projects.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7 years of work-related experience as Business Financial Analyst or equivalent position.
• 2 years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both internal and external personnel.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, accounting systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Jet Reporting, Power BI, or other reporting software recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manages development of the annual budget and regular forecasting process and financials.
• Validates that budgets and forecasts are challenging and realistic; drives continuous improvement.
• Manages analysis of actual results to budget and forecast and communicates drivers and impacts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional departments to develop financial processes for key metrics.
• Leads analysis of machine profitability, pricing, marketing programs and discounts in relation to margin.
