Armadin in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst for Services to own the financial engine behind services delivery, including staffing, hours, and margins. You will build cost models, forecast hiring and pricing, and partner with leadership to drive informed decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, AI-enabled workflows, and close collaboration with Expertise and Delivery teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in FP&A or finance with ownership of professional services costs.
• Fluency in services economics: utilization, realization, blended rates, bill rates vs. cost rates.
• Data skills: SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, scripting (Python).
• Strong AI skills: experience with LLMs to accelerate analysis and reporting.
• Startup operator mindset: self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous.
• Clear communicator who explains margin and cost drivers to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly services COGS close, including variance analysis across labor, subcontractors, travel, and tooling.
• Build engagement-level and practice-level margin models for assessments, red team, incident response, and retainers.
• Pull, join, and clean data from time tracking, PSA, CRM, HRIS, and ERP systems to create a single source of truth.
• Write SQL and scripts to build models, dashboards, and KPIs used by leaders.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to accelerate cost pulls, variance commentary, and reporting.
