Job summary

Armadin is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for Services to own the financial engine behind our services delivery, building cost and margin models and turning data into decisions with AI-augmented analysis.

You will partner with Expertise and Delivery leaders to understand work scope and staffing, own the monthly cost close, and build forecasts for hiring, pricing, and resourcing, acting as a strategic business partner.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in FP&A or finance with direct ownership of services costs, ideally in cybersecurity or technology with a services arm.
• Deep fluency in services economics: utilization, realization, blended rates, bill rates vs. cost rates, subcontractor management, and engagement-level P&L.
• Data wizard: advanced SQL, advanced Excel or Sheets, and scripting (Python or similar).
• Strong, hands-on AI skills; using LLM tools to speed analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly services COGS close, including variance analysis across labor, subcontractors, travel, and tooling.
• Build engagement- and practice-level margin models for services (assessments, red team, IR, retainers).
• Model capacity planning, forecasting headcount, and subcontractor needs against pipeline.
• Write SQL/scripts to build models, dashboards, and KPIs used by leaders.
