Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Logistics and Ecommerce Operations Manager to develop and execute logistics and operational strategies supporting retail and ecommerce growth. This role oversees logistics, fraud prevention, and carrier partnerships while leading high-performing teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all ecommerce storefronts.

Flexibility to support business needs is required, including occasional meetings outside standard hours.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in logistics and ecommerce.
Experience in sales order management and fraud prevention.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with SAP, Shopify, and fraud protection platforms.

Responsibilities
