Catalyst Brands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for its Lifestyle Brands division, including Aéropostale, Lucky Brand, and Nautica. This hybrid role is based in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Brand leaders across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, building driver-based models, explaining variances, and delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with lookups, SUMIFS, index/match, pivot tables, and driver-based modeling.
• Data validation processes: self-auditing, reconciling, and accuracy checks before leadership review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with non-finance partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
• Own assigned business areas and recurring deliverables with limited supervision.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models with clear assumptions.
• Analyze sales, gross margin, SG&A, and profitability against budget/forecast/prior periods; investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to assess accruals and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with non-finance teams to assess pricing, product costs, and channel impacts on margin.
• Prepare and present clear financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to finance and business partners.
