Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for the Lifestyle Brands division, including Aéropostale, Lucky Brand, and Nautica. This hybrid role can be based in New York, NY or Lyndhurst, NJ (preferred).

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, and Brand leaders to evaluate performance across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels and translate data into actionable insights guiding strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (lookups, SUMIFS, index/match, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across retail, e‑commerce, wholesale, and corporate operations.
• Own assigned business areas with limited supervision.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models with transparent assumptions.
