Job summary

Majesco in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate in FP&A to partner with Finance, Sales, and business leaders. You will forecast revenue and ARR, support sales compensation, and contribute to financial reporting used by the Board.

This role rewards analytical rigor, initiative, and clear communication, turning financial data into insights that guide budgeting, KPI reporting, and strategic decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear insights for both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own ARR and revenue forecasts, helping improve the accuracy of our financial outlook.
• Support monthly bookings forecasting and finalize bookings results with Finance and Sales.
• Support sales compensation calculations and payouts, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Review monthly Board reporting for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Analyze actual performance against budget and identify drivers of variances.
• Support annual budgeting, workforce and revenue analysis, KPI reporting, and high-priority projects.
