Job summary

Majesco in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, FP&A to bridge Finance, Sales and business performance. You will forecast revenue and ARR, support sales compensation, and contribute to financial reporting used by senior leadership and the Board.

This visible role requires strong financial fundamentals, initiative, and collaboration with teams across the business. You will analyze variances, support annual budgeting, KPI reporting, and help translate data into actionable insights that

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and data analysis.
• Strong numerical accuracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and update ARR and revenue forecasts.
• Support monthly bookings forecasting and close with Finance and Sales.
• Assist with sales compensation calculations and payouts.
• Review monthly Board reporting for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze performance against budget and identify drivers of variances.
• Support annual budgeting, KPI reporting, and high-priority initiatives.
