Job summary

H2 Health, a rapidly scaling outpatient rehabilitation platform, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a lean, high-impact Finance team. You will act as the VP of FP&A's right hand, owning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to executives, lenders, and the Board with accuracy and defensibility.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of FP&A or related analytic experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills required.
• Experience with multi-site/state operations and high data volume.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across divisions and ~300 locations.
• Develop driver-based financial models to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and communicate key findings to leadership.
• Support executive, board, and lender reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across reporting processes.
