Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a senior FP&A leader to oversee the annual operating plan process and internal reporting. You will develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, and lead a team of analysts collaborating with multiple departments to drive insights.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in FP&A with 2+ years in leadership, a finance or accounting degree, and strong modeling and communication skills. MBA or CPA is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and parental
