The Senior Manager, Finance FP&A at Ladders is a remote role US-based, leading core FP&A activities to support revenue visibility, membership planning, and strategic decisions across a complex healthcare organization. You will guide forecasts, scenario models, and analytics while managing a team of financial analysts.

This hands-on leadership position requires partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and regulatory teams to drive rigorous analysis and robust reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Previous management experience including hiring and performance management.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial reports related to revenue drivers, including membership volume.
• Conduct financial and business analyses using sales, marketing, and regulatory data.
• Assess and model market penetration using relevant metrics.
• Develop scenario planning for membership volume based on management decisions.
• Create multi-year membership and revenue projection models.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing results across geographies and channels.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare analytical packages for reviews.
• Build and lead a team of financial and data analysts to improve reporting and insights.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

In this remote role, you will lead core FP&A activities that support revenue visibility, membership-driven planning, and business decision-making across a complex healthcare organization. You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and regulatory stakeholders to build robust forecasts, scenario models, and analytical reporting that inform operational and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for both analytical rigor and team development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually

Responsibilities
