Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a high-impact Associate Vice President of FP&A to lead financial planning, modeling, and performance management for a private equity-backed healthcare organization. You will partner with executives across multiple sites to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of FP&A, operational finance, or related finance discipline.
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site environments preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning activities: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to assess performance, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Partner with operational leadership to evaluate performance and drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPIs to executives and leaders.
• Translate complex financial results into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and financial deep dives to support strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team with strong processes and accountability.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other functions to align plans.
• Support strategic initiatives through modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and visibility.
