Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire senior financial analysts who can train their language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will build and refine decks behind the numbers for monthly reports, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analyses.

This is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour. Candidates should have 3+ years in FP&A or business finance and expert PowerPoint and written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated slide decks for financial reviews.
• Develop monthly reporting slides and scenario analysis pages.
• Prepare commentary for finance reviews and visualizations (bridges/waterfalls).
