Job summary

Helix is seeking a Partner Research Success Manager to enable researchers and health system partners to access and utilize clinico-genomic datasets and tools. You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare onboarding materials, and gather client feedback to drive data solution design.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing partner success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in a partner-facing role such as sales engineering or a related technical applications role.
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including agentic workflows and coding assistants such as Claude Code
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operation teams to ensure research users are successful in their work

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary information needed to work with our datasets.
• A primary function will be to coordinate with internal teams to get the required information to the client.
• Prepare and maintain materials for the data user onboarding experience, including user guides and orientation presentations
• Gather and incorporate client feedback to iteratively refine the data solution design
• Design and build data processing pipelines for producing both clinical and genomic datasets
