Job summary

Helix is seeking a VP, Business Development, Health Plan Partnerships to drive growth in health plan and payvider services. You will own market strategy, build executive relationships, and shape pricing and deals that scale across populations and markets.

The role blends strategy, sales leadership, and program execution to deliver measurable value. You will define solutions that align with health plan priorities, develop ROI-driven business cases, and partner with product, medical, and delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health plans, payviders, population health, or related strategy roles.
• Proven track record selling and growing complex healthcare products or services.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product priorities and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the health plan growth strategy and define priority markets and use cases.
• Win and expand customer partnerships, negotiate agreements, and grow across markets and lines of business.
• Shape the commercial roadmap by translating needs into scalable solutions and pricing models.
• Develop compelling economic value propositions and ROI models for adoption of Helix capabilities.
