Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago (Aon Center) is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Category Finance to own FP&A and growth routines for the Meats Platform. You will work with senior leaders on planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

You will develop centralized BU models, support strategy, and provide analytics on results, variance analysis, trade spend, and commodity costs while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or other related field required
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• High-level Mastery of Excel is a must

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Meats Platform planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes in support of the BU Management Business cycle, Annual Operating Plan, Enterprise Strategy, and Brand valuation review
• Analytical support on business results and achieving financial targets: variance analysis, demand drivers, trade spend, and commodity cost variances
• Own the centralized BU modeling, analytics and preparation of management presentations
• Own financial models for Innovation and Capex working cross functionally to collect all necessary inputs
• Analytical support on Productivity initiatives and building into the financial forecast
• Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline and harmonize internal practices
• Significant ad hoc opportunities for continuous growth and learning
