Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate the close, budget, and forecast calendar across the Network Finance team.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting within healthcare or PBM environments, with strong Excel skills and the ability to deliver executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L—aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
