Job summary

Point is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst – Sales & Marketing Finance. You will partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to own budgets, forecast revenue, and build scalable unit economics for CAC, conversion, and payback.

You will create driver-based models, report go-to-market performance, and present insights to executives, the Board, and investors as needed. This role supports a remote-first culture with optional onsite in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience
• Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Growth teams
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial data
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for complex models
• Understanding of Real Estate market and/or fintech preferred
• Experience with Netsuite ERP or Planning & Budgeting preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and own a driver-based marketing and sales forecast linking spend to leads and revenue
• Own Marketing and Sales expense plan including headcount and commissions
• Track variances; provide actionable insights to senior management
• Model ROI for new channels and campaigns; run what-if budget scenarios
• Advise Marketing and Sales; challenge spend and prioritize investments
• Produce monthly go-to-market performance reporting and dashboards
• Coordinate with Accounting on accruals and month-end close
• Reconcile spend data with the general ledger; establish a single source of truth
