Job summary

Performance Drone Works (PDW) is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the integrated manufacturing model as we scale operations and evaluate expansion into new verticals. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product and Program leaders to translate demand and launch plans into revenue, production, and cash needs.

The role emphasizes forward-looking modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-ready recommendations in a fast-growing hardware environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in FP&A or related analytical finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with driver-based scenarios.
• Understanding of manufacturing revenue, COGS and gross margin drivers.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly close.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve an integrated, driver-based manufacturing model for current operations and new verticals.
• Translate demand, schedules, and launches into production and capacity scenarios.
• Build revenue forecasts by product and vertical with timing aligned to contracts.
• Model COGS, unit economics, and margin drivers across products and programs.
• Develop gross-margin forecasts and variance analyses for executive review.
