PDW is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own and advance an integrated manufacturing model as we scale operations and explore new verticals. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and other functions to translate demand and launches into revenue, COGS, margins, and cash needs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of FP&A or related analytical experience, preferably with hardware or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and integrated outputs.
• Strong understanding of revenue, COGS, and gross margin drivers in manufacturing.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and recurring performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve a driver-based manufacturing model for existing operations and new verticals.
• Translate forecasts into production-volume, ramp-rate, capacity, and resource scenarios by product/vertical.
• Build revenue forecasts by product, program, customer, and vertical with timing aligned to contracts.
• Model COGS and unit economics including material, labor, overhead, yield, and outsourcing.
• Develop gross-margin forecasts and bridges isolating key cost drivers for exec reviews.
• Connect revenue and manufacturing plans to headcount, facilities, capital, inventory, and cash needs.
