Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A and corporate finance, or cost accounting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience working with ERP systems and extracting data from operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results with variance analysis.
• Develop product- and plant-level cost models and margins.
• Conduct pricing analysis and margin modeling for quotes and changes.
• Track KPIs such as unit cost, labor absorption, scrap/yield, capacity, and inventory turns.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities and quantify financial impact of improvements.
• Build ROI, payback, and NPV analyses for capital expenditures.
• Forecast and monitor capital projects against budgets and variances.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and dashboards.
• Improve models, reporting tools, and processes to scale the organization.
