Job summary

Titan America LLC in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the FP&A team on-site. The role requires at least 3 years of senior analyst experience in FP&A, and a strong background in manufacturing cost accounting.

You will develop financial models, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. You will build advanced models, manage budgets and long-range plans, and present analyses with Power BI and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 3+ years as a senior analyst in FP&A or corporate finance; accounting/audit background a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SAP and Essbase experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and long-range plans; identify variances and actions.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI and PowerPoint for leadership.
• Build advanced financial models and run scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive FP&A initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure high-quality outputs.
