Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across manufacturing operations. You will develop timely reports, define KPIs, and drive efficiency improvements in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams.

The role requires FP&A experience in a corporate setting, strong Excel/Power BI capability, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights for executives.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for executives.
• Experience with manufacturing or supply chain FP&A is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of forecasts, budgets, reports, and analysis for manufacturing plants and operations.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial performance using KPIs and standardized reporting.
• Provide actionable insight into Variable COGS and manufacturing operations to inform decisions.
• Interpret results to identify gaps and collaborate with Operations to implement improvements.
• Create reporting tools to align Sales and Operations and support scalable growth.
• Source, validate, and analyze data; present findings to management and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analyses aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.
