You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and drive financial performance. The position collaborates with regional FP&A teams, builds dynamic financial models, analyzes market trends including EV and grid sectors, and supports strategic initiatives and M&A through due diligence and valuation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global FP&A environment.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing organization required.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools and systems.
• Technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Proven ability to develop complex financial models and summarize large data sets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting: Support the annual corporate budget process and preparation of financial forecasts and long-range plans.
• Partner with regional FP&A teams across manufacturing sites to align KPIs, targets, and reporting methodologies.
