Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in a senior analyst position in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Must have SAP and Essbase experience.
• Must have experience in manufacturing and familiarity with standard cost accounting.
• Professional communicator with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; identify variances and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards using Power BI and PowerPoint to support decision-making.
• Develop advanced financial models and perform scenario analyses for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals.
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and growth.
