Job summary

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, 4+ years of experience, solid IFRS/GAAP understanding, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Finance and/or Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of income statements and balance sheets.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills: analyzing large data sets, vlookups/hlookups, creating pivot tables, filtering options, waterfall charts.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: forecasting, business planning and branch performance analysis.
• Operational Initiatives: identify opportunities for cost/productivity improvements with GLM/LM.
• Month-End Closing: journal entries, variance explanations, and general ledger research.
• Customer invoicing and revenue posting to general ledger; monitor aging reports.
• Training: provide financial training to operations staff and stakeholders.
• Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: audits and liaison with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
