Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A for Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track and model regulatory impacts and pricing assumptions within the Network P&L of the Pharmacy Services business. You will quantify financial effects of state and federal changes and collaborate with pricing teams to reflect initiatives in the financial plan.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills to translate regulatory changes into P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors legislative/regulatory changes with financial implications for Network P&L and drug pricing legislation.
• Builds financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing updates.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate pricing assumptions into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
