Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to model the financial impact of legislation and pricing changes and to integrate these into the Network P&L. You will partner with Pricing and Strategy to ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts, translating complex policy shifts into actionable financial assumptions.

Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Ability to translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills with clear communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing updates.
• Partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to integrate new pricing assumptions into budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed.
