Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Minimum 4–6 years of business experience.
• Experience with data validation, financial controls, and data governance concepts.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore and adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Experience developing documentation, training materials, or onboarding resources.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support FP&A intake requests through a dedicated channel, partnering with stakeholders to analyze financial impacts.
• Develop into a retail accounting expert and educate partners on calculations, metrics, and system flows.
• Process allocation entries to improve accuracy and granularity of data.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Planning, Merchandising, Data Product, and Technology to automate reporting and analytics.
• Represent FP&A in cross-functional initiatives and support the legal team with profitability data.
• Design and maintain data validation and quality assurance processes.
