Job summary

Superhuman seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Engineering, Product and Design leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support. You’ll help consolidate the Engineering, Product and Design teams to guide resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization across planning cycles and long-term strategy.

You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, helping leaders evaluate trade-offs and make mission-aligned decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, able to build end-to-end models from scratch.
• Excel and Google Sheets with scenario modeling and automation.
• Proficient in SQL, with data extraction and integrity.
• Prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Distill complex problems into structured insights.
• Influence business decisions through data and clear communication.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across Opex and headcount.
• Develop reporting including performance metrics and executive explanations of variances and trends.
• Build scalable financial processes and use AI tools to automate reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses, commentary, and materials for leadership updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and financial rigor behind investments.
• Collaborate with BU Finance to improve headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, scenario planning, and driver-based modeling.
