Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA a plus).
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills with complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of financial reporting packages, models, and dashboards.
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting.
• Prepare materials for leadership and Board meetings with recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and improvements.
• Conduct advanced ad-hoc analyses to guide decisions.
