Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Engineering, Product and Design leadership. This role drives FP&A, reporting, and decision support for cost centers across R&D, with a focus on resource allocation and long-range planning.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will collaborate in person two days a week and leverage AI-enabled analytics to deliver real-time insights, guiding strategic investments and financial rigor across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

3+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related.
Advanced financial modeling skills, end-to-end models from scratch.
Excel/Sheets with scenario modeling and automation.
Proficient in SQL and data integrity across sources.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities for Engineering, Product and Design across OPEX and headcount.
Develop reporting of financial performance and variances for executives.
Build scalable processes and use AI tools to automate reporting.
Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align investment strategies.
Improve headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
