Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers of revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and large data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; explain variances and root cause.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to independently manage analyses in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyses to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Interpret data to identify trends, explain variances via root-cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate analysis into action and improve outcomes.
• Support FP&A cycles: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, risk evaluation.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for revenue, expenses, profitability, and ops.
• Identify improvements to systems, processes, and data quality.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
• Present findings with recommended next steps to leadership.
