High Country Search Group is partnering with a private equity–backed special education and healthcare services company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for its Denver-based finance team.

You will build budgets and forecasts, analyze performance across divisions, connect workforce metrics to financial results, and provide timely analyses to leadership and the PE sponsor. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and potential advancement as FP&A scales.

Qualificações

• Three years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing complex formulas.
• Working knowledge of the P&L and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy.
• Ability to turn incomplete information into useful analysis.
• Independent thinker who takes ownership and follows questions through to an answer.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with finance and non-finance leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and operational analyses.
• Analyze performance across divisions and entities.
• Connect workforce metrics—headcount, utilization, bill rates, pay rates, margins—to financial results.
• Prepare timely analysis for leadership and the private equity sponsor.
• Organize information from multiple systems and uncover the story behind the numbers.
• Improve spreadsheets, reporting tools, and FP&A processes.
• Partner with accounting and operational leaders to investigate issues and pursue answers.
• Support ad hoc analyses in a fast-changing environment.
