Job summary

Fera Pets, a pet supplement brand, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will develop detailed financial models and dashboards for leadership, analyze revenue and margin trends, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.

Based in Los Angeles with hybrid work flexibility, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, marketing, and product to align financial insights with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in finance principles and accounting concepts.
• Experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements with accuracy.
• Advanced analytical skills with spreadsheets and data tools.
• Experience with financial reporting and KPI tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field; CFA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide decisions.
