Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing, private equity–backed company. Reporting to the CFO, this role is hands-on and centers on financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to drive actionable recommendations.

You will build and maintain financial models, prepare monthly executive and PE-facing reports, and partner with department leaders to drive performance and accountability as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with the CFO.
• Prepare monthly financial packages with commentary for executives and PE.
• Analyze results vs budget and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build models to support growth initiatives and capital investments.
• Partner with departments to improve operating performance and accountability.
• Develop KPIs for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow.
• Support board presentations, lender reporting, and investor requests.
• Collaborate with accounting to link month-end results to forward-looking analysis.
• Improve reporting processes and tools as the company scales.
• Assist in acquisition analysis and due diligence when needed.
