Our client is a fast-growing company in Dallas seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the CFO and leadership, owning forecasting, budgeting, and the analyses behind major decisions. You’ll build models, turn data into meaningful insights, and help structure a growing business.

You’ll develop KPIs and dashboards for real-time leadership visibility, support board reporting, and help scale FP&A processes as the company grows in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process, working with department heads to build realistic, driver-based plans.
• Build and maintain financial models that support growth initiatives, pricing, new markets, and capital allocation.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including budget vs. actual variance analysis with clear commentary on what’s driving results.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into performance.
• Support board and investor reporting, including presentation materials and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with accounting to improve close processes and data quality.
• Help design and scale FP&A processes, tools, and systems as the company grows.
• Take on special projects tied to strategic initiatives, potential acquisitions, and operational improvements.

What You Bring
