Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with executive leadership across commercial, operational, and corporate finance functions to deliver insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, cost accounting, or related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, and investment analysis.
• Experience supporting both commercial and operational finance functions is highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is REQUIRED.
• Advanced Excel modeling; experience with ERP systems (Great Plains) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to provide financial analysis and insights.
• Develop weekly and monthly reporting across customers, products, and channels.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying key drivers.
• Build profitability analyses to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing strategy with price-volume-mix analysis and forecasting models.
• Prepare KPI reporting for manufacturing and supply chain operations; variance analysis.
• Develop investment analyses (ROI, NPV, IRR) and track capital expenditures.
