Align Technology is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Global Corporate FP&A team, driving financial planning and strategic analysis forWorldwide Legal, Regulatory, and HR. You will partner with senior leadership to improve visibility, influence decisions, and enable scalable growth.

The role covers planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support with a strong emphasis on governance, automation, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with robust financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes end-to-end.
• Deliver timely, insightful monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analysis.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities; recommend strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling and business case analyses for initiatives.
• Drive process improvements; oversee governance, requisitions, and SAP reviews.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and HR teams.
