Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking a Finance Principal FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting and reporting across the company. You will partner with local and parent leadership to deliver insightful analyses and governance for FP&A activities across departments.

You will build budgets, create forecasts, analyze performance and drive continuous improvement, while ensuring timely close processes and strategic support for business partners and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or financial business partner role.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders and finance business partners.
• Lead strategic planning and manage KPIs and financial controls.
• Perform financial modeling and ensure timely financial reporting and budgeting cycles.
• Support all ongoing financial close activities and governance of FP&A activities.
